Return Policy
At anymaka, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to offer you the best shopping experience. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our refund policy below.
To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:
- Your item was purchased directly through anymaka.com.
- All returns must be processed within 30 days from the original date of purchase. (Please note that our 30-day return policy begins from the date of purchase, not from the date of delivery.)
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

*Note: Do not return the product by yourself before receiving our reply after applying. Once you receive Return Approval from anymaka support you must return the product immediately. Please ship your return within 2 days from the Return Approval Date. If the return is shipped after the two-day period, you will be subject to an inspection fee of $16, which will be deducted from the Full Refund Amount.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected within the Return Approval period, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Conditions for rejection may be related to improper shipping details causing rerouting and delays, damage during shipping, or misstated conditions of the product prior to shipping the returned item by the customer back to anymaka. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your product. If you paid a shipping fee when purchasing, that fee will not be refunded.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, and if offered by the shipping service, purchase shipping insurance when returning items or note the declared value of your product order. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item or provide any refund.
When you receive the product from our shipping service and there is box damage, please photograph and document all conditions and perform an inspection of the product once opened for potential product damage. This is required to receive Return Approval and support when anymaka is filing a Damage Claim with the shipping service.
Reuse of anymaka original packaging, or new packaging, is the responsibility of the customer to securely package the product ensuring the unused product condition requirement to receive full refund approval. If the product return item is damaged in any way, the customer is responsible for filing a damage claim with the shipping service.
If there is any product damage upon inspection of the return, the refurbishing process for resale or cost of product loss will be deducted from the Full Refund Amount and anymaka will provide documentation such as photograph proof of product damage to support a customer filing a damage claim to help recover the deducted amount.
